Training Your Staff Teams

If you manage a staff team and not everyone within it has a basic understanding of how to engage respectfully with LGBTQ+ colleagues or customers then you have a problem.

But it is one that we can help you fix.

Our LGBTQ+ Awareness training is specifically designed to be delivered to staff teams and teaches them:

LGBTQ+ terminology
The differences between gender identity, gender expression and biological sex
How to behave appropriately around LGBTQ+ people, including the language it’s OK to use and the questions it is OK to ask
Examples of situations they may find themselves in and how to handle them
A Q&A and discussion session follows the training delivery so that everyone can continue to explore what they have learned and grow comfortable with it
The Queer Box LGBTQ+ Awareness Training can be delivered either online or in person, with one or two trainers as necessary.

We usually limit each training session to 50 attendees to ensure a high level of attention. Slide decks and full learning outcomes can be provided.

Prices start from £750 for online training and £995 + expenses for in person training (UK only).
